We are right at the top leading the springs market for two reasons: an almost unique warehouse range of more than 7,000 standard springs and the intensive efforts always to offer the best solution. But this is a complex process, as technical springs need space; on the other hand, the space is limited. Added to this is the fact that stronger forces or longer paths than planned are often needed. It is therefore always right to look at our standard range first – if you don’t find any suitable functions, we will design the springs to your exact requirements.
For standard springs, you can choose from our extensive online shop, which is constantly being expanded. This means that we are constantly up-to-date with current technical requirements without reducing the size of the range. Even after many years, your springs will be available and ready to order without complications. We manufacture compression and tension springs made of quality spring steel from the material EN 10270-1 SH/DH (DIN 2076-C/D), and springs made of stainless steel are based on the material EN 10270-3-1.4310. The dimensions of the compression springs are in accordance with DIN 2098. For cup springs we offer versions that go beyond the dimensions of DIN 2093.
With custom-made solutions, we score with service that does a great deal for you and, at the same time, gives you the certainty of having made the right choice – whether a new development, installation or optimisation of existing systems. With our straightforward calculation service, we will help you with design – a drawing or a sample, even sent online, is enough. If it is more complex, we will also be there with advice. And that isn’t expensive, but all included in the price. The advantage for you: we analyse your processes so that the springs can be matched exactly to them. Ideal use will thus be made of the available construction space and the springs will be designed to the prevailing environmental conditions. You can be sure that everything is very well protected and will perform outstanding service for many years to come.
Incidentally: Even after many years, you can reorder without any problems because you are given a serial number for every custom-made product. This means that the complete manufacturing process can be fully traced. And since time is an issue everywhere, special designs can be with you in just a few days by agreement.
