Initially, we mainly manufactured standard parts, but today we specialise in customised special solutions. Growth for the highest demands

  • Further extension of a production hall of 1,500 m² in Plauen
  • Increase in the total production area to 7,800 m²
  • Expansion of the machinery in Plauen with
    • CNC spring coiling machine for right and left-hand coiled springs up to 32 mm wire thickness
    • Inert gas hardening system for larger springs and higher capacities
    • Wet grinding machine for grinding spring ends for large wire thicknesses

  • Acquisition of a new torsion spring machine for production up to 12 mm wire thickness
2021
  • Expansion of the production area in Pfullingen to 1,500 m²
2020
  • Further expansion of a hall for grinding spring ends at the Plauen site by 800 m² to a total production area of 6,200 m²
2018
  • Expansion to include Anakonda high-performance compression springs with a force of up to 50,000 N and inclusion in the spring catalogue and stock range
2014
  • Construction of a new plant in Plauen
  • Increase in total production area to 5,400 m²
  • Expansion of machinery for high-performance springs up to 26 mm wire thickness
2012
  • Expansion of the Plauen plant by 1,500 m²
  • This increases the total production area to 4,500 m²
  • Expansion of the machinery for right and left-hand wound springs up to 18 mm wire thickness
2007
  • Expansion of the standard spring catalogue to 7,000 items
2005
  • Expansion of the Plauen plant by a further 500 m²
  • 3,000 m² of production space at both sites combined
2004
  • Second expansion of the plant in Plauen to 1,100 m²
  • Expansion of the machinery for springs up to 14 mm wire thickness in series production
  • We receive a patent for high-performance oval wire springs
2003
  • Expansion of the production area in Pfullingen to 1,400 m²
  • Production of springs with wire thicknesses of up to 12 mm, also in quantity production
  • Expansion of the production area in Plauen to 700 m²

  • Certification QS system ISO 9001
  • Standard spring catalogue extended to 6,000 articles and available on data carrier

  • Foundation of the Plauen branch in Saxony with 300 m²
